Al Soré, full name Alona Sokurenko, born in 1992 in Ukraine, is a mixed-media artist and designer currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Al's practice is driven by the inner anxieties of living and existence, and consequently, the right to be. The process is intuitive, often embracing randomness to create unexpected results.

Nature elements and landscapes are the main subject matter of her paintings. The works often merge various mediums, creating semi-abstract, dream-like compositions that invite viewers to contemplate and wander in the ephemeral and the ethereal.
